There was a phone in on PV and Heat Pump installations and people’s experiences today; some were very positive but sadly, others were from consumers with poor / bad experiences; there was also a spokesman from the MCS. I did ‘volunteer’ to participate when they put out the invitation yesterday but, sadly, they didn’t take up the wonderful opportunity I offered them;-) Regards, Toodles

I caught that at work too- I think it was Ian Rippin, the CEO of MCS they had in. He really stuck his foot in it when he admitted he didn’t have a heat pump or Solar PV! 🤦‍♂️ I liked they guy they had on who was happily running his 1700’s house with an ASHP- one for the doubters! You should definitely try again @Toodles they seem to becoming a more regular feature.
