I have recently heard mention of possible build up of lichen on the glass and I am wondering if any readers have any experience of this on their installations and how this is managed / dealt with please? It is not a subject that comes up when talking to installers but fortunately for me, more than half my panels are at ground level or at a height I can access with cleaning materials - though the others are up on the roof and rather less accessible. Regards, Toodles.

Tried cleaning lichen off my right hand string of 8 panels today.  First pic shows after. 2nd pick shows left hand string still with lichen. Also highlighted red inn3rd picture.
It was raining. I used a rubber window squeegee and a soft cloth with washing up liquid. Certainly an improvement. Waiting for heavy rains. Then will try left side.
