Retrofitted 11.2kw Mitsubishi Ecodan to new radiators commissioned November 2021.
14 x 500w Monocrystalline solar panels.
2 ESS Smile G3 10.1 batteries.
ESS Smile G3 5kw inverter.
It’s the same old nonsense. The sales guys do the selling and promising, then nothing happens. I’ll give them into the working week to get it done. If it’s more promises and no action I’ll shift to different hosts entirely.

Since the website host started 'improving' performance, it is now decidedly worse. Would you please ask them to get their act together, or hire someone who knows what they are doing.
@abernyte, thanks for that. I’m hoping that we transition to the new servers this week, which will result in a big performance boost. Jetpack is quite important for the site from a security perspective, but I’ll turn off their “boosts” which shouldn’t be required on the new server.

I have temporarily re-opened the forums. The data migration is taking a lot longer than expected due to the size of the site. At the moment, you will not be able to upload images to the site and you might get occasional errors. I am at the mercy of the hosts while this happens and I'm really hoping that this process finishes in the next 24 hours, but it is out my hands and control.
Thanks for your patience, and should hopefully be worth it because they new servers should be 40X faster than the current ones.

I can confirm yet again that incompetence is down to individuals – we got very unlucky with the person that was assigned to our data migration at our web hosts. They royally bodged our first migration of My Home Farm, and I have escalated this through multiple layers of complaints. I can see that Renewable Heating Hub is creaking, and I am awaiting a call back from a supervisor regarding the pending move of this site. I'm still unsure when the switch will occur, but we are working on getting this done because it should vastly improve your experience on this site. Thanks for your patience everyone.

My tabs on the main forum site are updating fast (11:00 11-01-24).
Is it possible they've read your message here just 10-mins ago and decided to find a competent individual?
Let's just try re-editing this post,
and throw in a random graphic
undefined
OK. So we still can't add graphics.
they appear as "undefined".
That's going to hamper me more than most others 🤔
Save energy... recycle electrons!
@transparent, wishful thinking – just spoke to a third supervisor, and still no clue when the migration will happen. It's farcical. Site's loading faster because My Home Farm has moved already, which is also high traffic.

So I'm very pleased to say that we finally got escalated to an excellent team in the end, and the site is now running on a super glitzy, shiny, fast server, and the response and load times should be a lot quicker. There are still a few odds and ends on the backend that need to be polished up, and that'll now all happen in the background, but there should be no more load and connection errors going forward.

Maybe the original team should re-train as heat pump installers, they would probably fit in quite well. 😋
@derek-m, that very thought did cross my mind 🤣
