@majordennisbloodnok The Solar Together named installer (Everyone's Energy) has sub-contracted the work to an (anonymous) company (with a Bishop's Stortford telephone number); I believe this subcontractor made the decision to not proceed based on their timelines the state of the roof of our house (which was refurbished in 2013). My feeling is that the installer should justify the cancellation; the T&Cs are specific about when they can terminate the contract, and they have not supplied me with a Survey Report to justify this. In fact they have not yet notified me of the cancellation in writing. I shall be following up on this with Solar Together.
