I've got a Heatmiser UH8-RF controlling my underfloor heating. I've never liked it, the room stats are inaccurate and cheap & nasty (old ones, not the sexy Neo ones) and every so often the system seems to get confused. Yesterday it stopped controlling the valves, although the stats were still clicking the relays nothing was happening. The actuators are 230v, when I measured the valves that were open it was reading 280v. The incoming supply is ok (although there may have been a brief outage) but surely I shouldn't be seeing 280v? Can anybody who has one of these verify this?

I'd love to replace it with something that integrated properly with my Vaillant ASHP, but there doesn't seem to be anything else on the market. Any suggestions?
