Despite reservations, I found some time to respond to this consultation, largely on the grounds that I felt that it might be useful for them to have a wider response and opinion set than might otherwise be the case. Unfortunately I was largely only able to reply to questions, that I felt able to respond to, with opinions and gut feeling rather than hard facts, hopefully in an open minded way.

I suspect that I have a different reading of the aims of this consultation than others here.
