Thanks for that. Where did you find this? I've been trying to get the same info for the 8.5 R32 EcoDan to compare but Google hasn't been any help.

@jamespa Yeah that EPC was done a few years before we moved in. Since then we've had cavity wall insulation throughout, insulated the suspended floors...
