Hoping to use bracket and rubber feet already on it and attach to base I build up to it. To floor mount now I'd need spark and plumber back at cost.

Cheers, yeah that was my nuclear option to build pad up to it. Probably job for next year now. Was it poor installation?

Had thought about building up to it, that way no need to rewire or plumb. Heard putting more weight on unit could help like few 4 inch blocks.
