@athlonoc you don't have a mitsubishi preplumbed cylinder so the FTC probably can't control the pump speed but that is easy to check on the FTC go to ...

@athlonoc You don't need 24L/min for an 8.5kw heat pump, Mitsubishi's own manual states 15.2L/min, 24L is the absolute maximum so i'm not surprised it...

I think you need extra kit for that. if you are successful in removing the actuator then you might as well remove all of them and get the system com...

Get a spanner on it, what’s the worst that can happen your heating doesn’t currently work in those areas so you aren’t going to be worse off.

@crimson turn the lockshields down upstairs to reduce the flow to the rads so they output less heat rather than use the TRV's.

To me it looks like your system is pretty much meeting the design. You are having to increase the temp above the design as you have a setback for X...

@ngillam unscrew them and take them off they hold the circuit closed when they are off the circuit is open
