@editor yes I’m thinking something must be set up to turn it off (Ill probably have to pay another company to assess) I don’t see any external thermostat though. The house does heat up ok but tbh don’t think I’ve ever had house above 20 degrees even with last boiler. House is old sandstone approx 162 m2.
Hello all, would anyone know the engineer password for my Warmflow GSHP GS08 please? The 0022 one used for ASHPs does not work. Thanks very much.
Hi everyone can anybody help I’ve had no heating for nearly a month I kept getting E032 low flow and protection wouldn’t allow water to pump through. I just turned switch on off but I believe after a few times it had to be reset. I’ve tried so many engineers and nobody will look at it. There is no option to reset on screen it seems whole thing hasn’t been set up properly at all. The reason I had to turn it off was due to cold water pumping through constantly if I’d turned down thermostat. It’s been nothing but problems from day one not to mention the cost. Please if anyone knows solution I’d greatly appreciate it.
thanks
@myanthony the first to do whenever you get a flow error is to stop the heat pump, and find the filter for your system. Isolate it, and open it. I’m betting it’ll be gunked up. This was the sole issue with our flow issues and there have been several cases here of flow issues that were caused by blocked filters.
I’ve posted a video below of how we cleaned our filter. Yours may be different and it can be located just about anywhere, but I would start here.

Thanks I did actually watch your video last week and my daughters boyfriend tried to locate where to open pipes but it looked nothing like yours. Thanks for answering though appreciate it.
@myanthony I would still try to find it because this is the issue with flow errors most of the time. It’ll be somewhere on your heating circuit pipework. It may just look very different.

The filter should be in the return pipework going back to the heat pump. It would be helpful if you could post both wide angle and close-up photo's of your system so that we can help identify the different components.
If your installer is supposedly MCS accredited I would suggest that you also make an official complaint.
I will have a read through the manual and see if I can make any further suggestions.
When you say that the heat pump switches off at a particular time, it is not trying to heat the DHW cylinder is it?
@derek-m I’ll do that. At this point I just want anyone to fix it installer long gone!they’ve set it up to get the most heat to the rads therefore no weather comp, and no DHW that comes from immersion. Someone told me that when certain temperature gauges/wiring isn’t connected that it will turn off at certain times, but I know that timer in control panel is definitely not on.
Do you have a copy of the manual HughF posted? If so, could you provide a photo of the main screen display as shown on page 10 of the manual.
