Great. Be prepared to take several days reducing it a degree a day. If you overshoot and the house gets too cold just step it up one.

@jancold I’m not expecting to turn my heating on for at least a couple of weeks, but will certainly try out that link to the madoka and see if that provides a steadier heat and energy consumption.
You will find quite a lot of Daikin nerds on community.openenegymonitor.org and at least one thread devoted to Daikin’s. Also really interesting info on their sister site, which displays their live logging info.
