@myanthony Get on the phone to warmflow, ask them how you can access the weather compensation menu as your unit doesn't match the manuals.

Do you have a settings icon, bottom right of the home screen? EDIT: The temperature graph is encouraging, it shows the defrost cycles aren't too bad...
