@lch07 They must be wired into the Samsung control panel so they're controlled by it, hopefully thats what your guy has now done.
Is that for annual servicing or is there any specific issues?
@hjd It means the outdoor unit hasnt detected an input or the pcb is defective. Needs looking at by engineer or at worst an electrician.

@adamk Are the flexi's where the three fixings are? If so shouldn't be any as they stiffen the flexi and noise transfers though 6 fixings in the wall....
