I do the same: cool my large buffer (3000L) to 10C, pump between 14 and 18C water (depending on the humidity) in the underfloor circuit. It works nicely for the one or two weeks of summer we have here.

My blog where I write about all the systems in place and decisions made for my off-grid house at 63 degrees north in Finland.

One or two weeks of summer!
Since southern England has a heat wave now in May, you know what you’ll get next, possibly 6 weeks of summer!

Yup! Summer in Spring.

Wonder if Summer will last until the start of Summer this year 🤔

P.S. Apologies, @judith, for quoting to the point of misrepresentation; I just couldn't resist the comedic opportunity.

I think summer here was last Thursday. We're back to 10C during the day here, and the heat pump is running again.
