Insulation Level: Maybe a 6/10? Older part built early 1800's, single wall construction, originally 2 cottages knocked into one in 1970's. Left hand side of house (LHS) and right hand side (RHS)extended in to 1970's with building regs of the day. New extension 2010 insulated cavity walls. Radiators to older part of the house, all changed to type 22. UFH to ground floor of extension 60 square metres and radiators to master bedroom upstairs. Double glazing throughout. Insulation to 300mm in loft.

Type of Controller: Airosd

Type of Control: Can manually control return water temp to give a delta T of 4 degrees.

Insulation level: 1970s/80 built; partial cavity filler; good loft insulation; ancient windows; suspended floor/cellar not yet. 

Heat loss: 4.8kw @ -3 but some things not accounted - eg cellar; exposed location; 

Type of Controller: No thermostat - strictly leaving water temp control and weather curve. TRVs fully open

System type: radiators (all new)
