	I’d be interested in the reply. I don’t see how that could be either enforceable or legal. Monitoring doesn’t affect the operation of the heat pump in any way nor amend Aira’s product at all.

	Im no expert, but if you are raising the heat pump, the air should be warmer than down on the ground and so it should improve its efficiency slightly.
