Warmflow ASHP costing a fortune to run and ignored by installer
Thanks everyone for all help. I don’t get home until after 5 I’ll post a video/pictures to try to give as much detail. However I don’t think there is thermal store as it is emersor and as soon as water is used I hear it heating up again. But that’s not the issue I just need to release blockage for a start. Please let me know when you are ready to start and confirm that you have a copy of the operating manual.

That is assuming that your 'installer' actually installed the Y strainer. Please let me know when you are ready to proceed, though the testing may take several hours.
