I enrolled a few months ago. Have had one couple round. Her overall worry was NOISE, his was how to hide it.

Showed them around all the install, inside and out.

Here for about an hour I guess............ after what they had been told she couldn't believe how quiet it is.  They went away more knowledgeable and happy to have seen an install in the wild.

Samsung 12kw ASHP, nine 415w PV panel array, upgraded radiators and DHW water tank (+ pumps etc). Two wireless zone thermostat controllers and Samsung MWR-WW10N

@editor Still no takers here, I’m afraid that if I do get any ‘prospects’ I might bore them to death extolling the virtues - or at the very least, I’ll bore them to the point where they will be too tender to sit down!😉 Toodles.

Just to say that I have my first visitor due tomorrow under the VisitaHeatPump (NESTA) scheme; just one visitor - but am hoping it will be worth the visit to them! Regards, Toodles.

@lenny Same here, ‘Is it running now?’ the visitor enquired whilst standing just a metre or so away - I suggested putting their hand in front to reassure themselves that it was! Overall, a good hour, well spent. Regards, Toodles.

Well, exactly what I said; my visitor wrote to thank us and said

“It was very nice to meet you both, and thank you for the extremely helpful and comprehensive tour, it has given me plenty of food for thought.

I'm most grateful for your help.

With best wishes”

So, no home made soup was harmed in our efforts 😉 Toodles.
