Are any other Melcloud users having problems?  I was disconnected a couple of days ago.  I managed to reconnect using this 

 

It lasted about 30 mins and I now can't connect at all.  Some folks on Facebook have had some issues but I wondered if the problem was widespread.  I'm feeling a bit lost without my data to check!

Melcloud working here, but a bit slow. I have it on my android phone and ipad, the ipad seems to be quicker.

Hi. Yes it seems to be a system issue, but not affecting everybody.  There's a notification posted on Melcloud support dated 28 Nov saying that they're working on it.

I've had similar symptoms for a few days.
