Kronoterm Versi-i loft sited heat pump installs

Hi,
I'm at the early stages of exploring a heat pump for our 1930s terraced house.
 
I'm intrigued by the Kronoterm Versi-i which can be installed internally, given that it has large vents to the outside for incoming and outgoing airflow.
 
Kronoterm have been around for a while and appear to have a solid reputation in Europe.
 
Part of the appeal is to avoid the intrusion of an external unit and the associated pipework needed. According to the data these units are very quiet, and well installed would go unnoticed both by us and our neighbours.
 
If there is anyone else here that has experience of this brand and especially so of such installations, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
 
I've met with a well regarded installer that is familiar with Kronoterm, but real user experience would be helpful.

Welcome to the forums @jmallind. As far as I know there aren't any members with a Kronoterm. I am familiar with the brand and their units are high end. I know @damon installed one last year and I think he was impressed with it.

@editor I haven’t installed a Kronoterm yet, last year was a heliotherm.

 

i have a Versi I’m  installing later this year along with an adapt which are both Kronterm.

 

i know Craig and Dan there and they are both good people so I’m conformist it will all go well.

Out of interest would that be a loft install for the Versi.

I ask in case there are issues you've been anticipating in advance? May be too early to tell!

@damon, oops, my mistake. Maybe I just saw you commenting on someone else's Kronoterm install with the "rusting" effect.
