@morgan If you look at page 12 of the thermostat manual it should show the details for pairing to the RF-Switch, which is what the device receiving the signal is called.
Carry out the instruction as specified and ensure that you select pairing to the boiler.
@caroline2000 Hi, it seams like there are some serious problems with your system, the radiators should get warm when the heat pump is on. Unfortunatly without actually being there it is very difficult to find the issue.
My advice to you would be to get your installer back. Ask them to plumb it in a open zone system and remove the system seperation from the cylinder. It would be best to remove the current valves if you can and replace them with full bore motorised vales. Ask them to remove all the thermostats and actuators from your under floor heating system ad allow the Mitsubushi controller to control the temperature in the house. The radiators mmust have no control or valves on the system other than the TRV's at each radiator. Set each radiator to 3 on the TRV.
This is a very simple system with very little to go wrong and you will get the best performance. The controllers are quite complicated and require some knowalge to program. That is why I suggest you get your installer to do it.
All I can do is advise, there is not much ealse I can do.
Here is a picture from one of my customenrs controllers, taken today, the external temperature is 3 Deg C and the house is 21 Deg C. The system is piped and controlled exactly as I have described above. COP of 7.4.

Derek I've carried out that process several times. It all goes as per page 12 so the units are paired.

Did you press and hold the boiler button on the RF-Switch for at least 5 seconds during the pairing procedure?

No. I pressed the middle CH1 button on the RF Switch for 5 seconds as per the instructions on page 12.
The instructions on page 12 state, 'During the countdown press and hold either ‘Boiler’ or ‘CH1’ pairing buttons on the RFSwitch for 5 seconds.'
So, please repeat the instruction and press 'Boiler' this time.

That's very interesting because P12 of the booklet I have here in front of me is very specific re the CH1 button and makes no reference whatsoever to the boiler button. I assumed you made a typo in your last reply.

Posted by: @derek-m@morgan Please provide details of the manual that you are using. Does the RF-Switch have a 'Boiler' button?
Yes it has Boiler - CH1 - HW in that order left to right.

@morgan The manual that I downloaded refers to 'Boiler' and 'CH1' as possible selections. Please try pairing to the 'Boiler' option as requested. It could be that your installers have wired the ASHP controller to the 'Boiler' output rather than the 'CH1' output.
