Posted by: @morganYou could describe here and I can have a look/tinker as I await the installers call.
Morgan,
On the FTC6 controller there are 4 buttons below the screen, which are F1 to F4, from left to right. Below the 'F' buttons are 4 further buttons which are, from left to right, Menu, Back, Confirm and Power/Holiday mode. If you are not certain look at section 7.2 in the manual.
Try this.
1) Press Menu button
2) You may have to press one of the 'F' buttons to select Heating/Cooling.
3)When Heating/Cooling has been selected, keep pressing F1 button until Heating Flow Temp. is shown.
4) Press Confirm button to select.
5) Use F2 or F3 buttons to adjust temperature shown on screen to 35C.
Let me know what happens to your system.
Cheers Derek. Having a bed delivery just now then have to go out (not to forget mobile phone!) so will have a look later.

Hi Morgan,
I notice you have the Heatmiser Neostat, I have had 6 of these installed recently along with a wireless hub and now successfully control it through the App. We had a number of issues at first, with our heating seemingly either permanently on or would not go on and we were absolutely pulling our hair out over it. It sounds like it was the same issue you had and I think it is most likely a connection issue.
Now I should explain - we had reception on the wireless thermostat, but it was either too weak or the thermostat was lying and it took quite a while to work this out (a bit like when your phone says 4G but you can't connect to the internet for some reason). We solved it (99% of the time) by buying a couple of NeoPlugs, which are a really useful repeater for your wireless hub. These were £35 each and have mostly sorted the reception issues although they still lose signal occasionally for no discernible reason, but sooner or later pair back up again.
So, my advice would be to try a couple of the NeoPlugs and take it from there 😎
Hi Siko. We don’t have a neo hub. All we have is the neostat Air V2-M and the receiver in the picture above. So without a hub the plugs are of no use here?

Posted by: @derek-m@morgan Do the 3 LED's on the front of the receiver change when you raise and lower the setting of the thermostat?
No. Nothing happens.

Posted by: @derek-m@morgan Try pairing it with the thermostat again and see if any LED's light during the process.
The only LED that responds and lights up is the centre ch1 that flashes as it pairs and then goes blank when pairing is complete. Basically as per the actions in the pairing instructions.
