@derek-m We install the Nibe units for the high-end properties air source and nearly all our ground source installations and Panasonic for the lower end single zone installations. The controller on the Nibe unit is more versatile and lends it'self to more complex installations and where we need to install more than 1 unit to match the load. The Panasonic unit is, by far, in my opinion the most user-friendly unit and is incredibly reliable. I have installed, or dealt with almost all the units in the market over the last 15 years, and these 2 units are my choice.

A standard third party thermostat will significantly increase your running costs.
@heacol
Can somebody please tell me the model name, part number etc for this. My installer is telling me Mitsubishi are out of stock and having supply issues. I need the details in order to search for the availability of this item as the installer appears to prefer the Neostat. The install has been brought forward to 11th October so not a lot of time. He has just informed me of this stock issue.

Hi Morgan,
The following company claim to have Mitsubishi controllers in stock. There are various models, so you need to either get the details of the required model from your installer or give him the details of this company.

@morgan Lots of them on Ebay

If you can convince me that this is a better way of controlling the system than a Heatmiser Neostat V2 and that the one you linked to is the correct item and I may well say nothing to the installer but buy this and present it to him at install next week.

@morgan I am not here to convince you, take my impartial advice or not, it is your choice.

@heacol Thanks, appreciated. Have the transmitter ordered but not the receiver. Hoping the installer has that in hand as he was intending to install a Neostat wifi stat anyway 🤞
