Is it a good idea to add additional insulation to the compressor of an ASHP?

The Heat pump is Ecodan 11.2 monoblock. Here the Temps are down upto minus 10-15 degrees. Is it good to the compressor an additional insulation with Rockwool?

I think the compressor would not like to be turned on when it is too cold (hence they often have heaters).  Conversely, in warmer weather it may overheat - sometimes there are fans to cool them down.  Is there a manual saying the external operating and storage temperature range?

The Heat pump cycles 2-3 times per hour even in very cold weather. I didn't understand the compressor have a crankcase heater from this video. And if doesn't have one,  can I fill the compressor box with insulation wool?

Hermetic refrigeration compressors are suction gas cooled, using sub-cooling of the refrigerant vapour. For most ASHPs, the compressor compartment is thermally and acoustically lagged, or the compressor is lagged directly. It's quite common the have jackets on hermetic compressors, but they are usually fitted for acoustic attenuation and not thermal reasons however. You might end up lagging or insulating something that should not be in the compressor compartment, and make future maintenance and inspection much harder, for example, visual leak checking, so I wouldn't recommend it.
