RDSAP10 effect on existing heat pump EPC rating?

RE: Remaining hot water/hot water flow meter

I think you first sentence is spot on, stored DHW is just different to on tap DHW from (presumably) a combi. Not worse, not better, just different. Half a tank should be enough for a shower, if you h...

@jamespa Thanks, looks like it's just going to take an adjustment. I'm happy waiting for a refill for a shower, even planning around cheap TOU price drops, we never shower back to back so that's not a...
RE: I don't need any heating in the summer. How do I turn my Samsung heat pump off?

Please keep replies reasonably simple - I am not a plumber! To use a cheap overnight or heatpump tariff you need to set the schedule for the hot water. Easy to understand manual for the Gen 5 Samsung...

By Old_Scientist, 2 weeks ago

Regarding the question in the thread title, the easiest way to turn the heating off in summer is on the main controller. The heating is on the left hand side of the main controller main screen - just ...
RE: Remaining hot water/hot water flow meter

By JamesPa, 2 weeks ago

Rainfall showers can be 20l/min and stored water at mains pressure/3bar generally flows faster (possibly a lot faster) than anything coming out of a combi. 200l at 55 will yield about 300l at 40C, ab...
