@kev-m you’re a star. I dropped an email to all and sundry at the company today. Lo and behold just received a call with an install date in October.
@editor more than happy with that. Basically having accepted the quote an initial deposit is required. Once paid a full tech’ survey is carried out....
@kev-m I’m happy for you to name me if you end up going that route. I do hope the company isn’t facing ‘issues’.
