if there was a lot of damp in the lower walls and foundations the cracking could be caused by the drying out. How large are the cracks?

@andygo it doesn't matter what the installer does. As long as you have an up to date EPC you should be fine and they have all their side with MCS etc....

@derek-m to get the RHI you need an SCOP of 2.7 or above - so that should be the baseline minimum
