@cathoderay full heat cycle in 5 minute intervals from 25⁰ to just before it hit 45⁰
Flow basically stayed at 0.5M³/h
Temp difference between plates seems stable at 7 or 8
Last few I added in all the other data when it was maxed out near enough at 59⁰c
I've got very limited understanding of anything beyond the basics so please be gentle 😅
@burtis - we can see the flow rate stays much the same throughout, and the LWT/RWT rise (from 39/32 to 59/52, about what I would expect for a DHW reheat based on what my system does, see beloe), as does the DHW tank temp (to 44 max? If so what it your target DHW?), but can you give some idea of the time line? Here's yesterday's DHW reheat on my system (DHW tank temp not on chart, but it got to 50 degrees C, my target temp, in ~30 minutes):

And total duration, as I can't see the time anywhere, to get from 20 to 45 degrees DHW tank temp?
Agree the flow rate effectively remains constant.
The maxing out at just under 60 degrees LWT is what I get too, see above chart.

Posted by: @burtissorry forgot to add that around 40 mins
That's actually not too bad, or, to put it another way, your heat pump can output enough heat to heat your DHW tank at an acceptable rate. The Freedom annual service manual includes a similar test, how many degrees the heat pump can raise the DHW by over 30 mins. I suspect your heat pump would pass this basic test. But of course the DHW performance tells us nothing about the space heating performance...

SMALL UPDATE...
This morning I have had Daniel from MCS reply solid bloke trying to help.
Basically he emailed NAPIT (29th Nov) saying the inspection I had was basic and is not a get out of jail free card for issues with the system the inspector missed or issues that are presenting themselves.
Sooo back to contacting NAPIT this morning to see what's what.
I did reach out to the installer on the 29th of November to see if they wanted to finish the install and do the right thing and sort their flaws but have not had a reply from them either.
@burtis this game of ping pong is what I’ve found ludicrous in the complaints process, and no one wants to take responsibility.

Seems like it's going that way buddy.
Near 3 months as well not including the months prior to this I've been asking the installer to sort things out....
The worst thing is I just don't have and money to sort it or it would probably take me a year or so to save up enough to pay another company to come in and make it right.
The only saving grace is that it actually works other than randomly chucking up flow fault codes
@burtis Your final paragraph is what is allowing your installer to ‘get away with it’. What is the next stage having exhausted the usual lines of enquiry / complaint -Ombudsman??? Toodles.

I'm still in the NAPIT stage so will have to wait and see then back to MCS to see where we can go from there.
I wish I paid on credit card 😅
Don't know if you have a idea.
My circulation pump next to the buffer is set to max in theory 3.5m³/H
The heat pump is pushing 0.5m³/H
So in theory to balance them better I should drop the pump output??
Imagine it's more complex than that thought 😅
@burtis I think you will have to nickname the people involved Zebidee, Ermintrude, Dillon and Mr. McHenry… 😉 Toodles.
