How best to fine tuning the weather compensation curve to reduce the buildings indoor temperature?

WD Curve 27Oct

I'm familiar with accessing the adjustments of the weather curve on my Daikin 6kW hydrobox and have gradually trimmed the settings on the x-axis down from 40°C to 35°C but would like to reduce the indoor temperature slightly further.

Does the y-axis setting ever need attention?

Is it wise to make adjustments during the shoulder months?

If you get outdoor temperatures outside the range where the curve has a slope then yes.  So if your oat goes below -2 with any frequency I would adjust the x and y at this point to extend the line.

It's easier to do it in the coldest months but sometimes you don't have a choice.  You can always revert next season
