  I think you can get any heat pump on OEM. You just need the external monitoring equipment as it bypasses the unit altogether.

  @chandykris I have the same 15-year guarantee, but haven't received any contact from Aira regarding regular services. Have you? My heat pump was commissioned in September 2025, BTW.

  These savings are on top of savings around £300 in boiler servicing/insurance as we managed to get the Aira all-inclusive coverage for 15 years as part of the quote.

  In my cynical opinion the customer having faith is not the purpose of the survey. The purpose is to protect the installer by following a process set our by MCS. Whatever garbage the survey spits out...
