@HJBhome, it depends on your usage/habits. We lower the temp during the day and at night and raise it in the morning and evening. But only by 3 or 4...
@batalto, what have you changed it to (and from)? Ours is still as installed but I might change it.
@rv3, I didn't need planning permission for my 14kW Ecodan. As you say, it comes under the 0.6 m3 limit so is permitted development.
