We’ve now terminated our referral partnership with Heat Geek because, despite their performance guarantee, we had no way to regulate or control the quality of the installs. Ultimately, we couldn’t stand behind a system where we had no leverage to intervene if things went wrong.

@sunandair thanks for the support. Yes, it's a tonne of work, but it's moving ahead at a reasonable rate and I'm adding 1-2 installers a week. I've been contacted by so many, but if I don't know who they are, and installers in my network can't/don't vouch for them, they get rejected. The screening takes ages.

@mars as a matter of interest have you got any near Stansted airport.  I quite often get asked, do usually mention RHH, but of course don't actually know if you do have anyone local which you recommend.  I dont need the names, just yes/no.

4kW peak of solar PV since 2011; EV and a 1930s house which has been partially renovated to improve its efficiency. 7kW Vaillant heat pump.
