Electricity Billing Symbio to E-on
Has everyone that has moved from Symbio to E-on received monthly billing? I have complained twice with promises that it will be happening soon, I'm still waiting.
We were moved to E.ON and it took us a while to set up a direct debit to avail of the best tariff. It took time and numerous phone calls and emails though – nothing appears to be automated. There's a complaint link to the CEO at the bottom of their web page which is picked up by an assistant and she was quite helpful in getting us sorted out.
