  Yes, two pumps - one for running the heat pump and the other for the CH. Thermostats are off!

  There is s test mode in the Samsung menu where you can turn the pump on and off manually. Could it be they left that on?

  Water law settings would be the first place to look. To be honest I really wouldn't expect a serviceman to reset such things, but then neither would I have expected a gas boiler serviceman to do so! ...
