We’re expanding our trusted network of recommended heat pump installers across the UK, professionals we’re confident to refer to homeowners that are looking for reliable, knowledgeable and customer-focused service.
Our referral system connects engaged homeowners with installers in their area who meet our standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Installer Tiers
We currently offer two tiers for installers:
- Renewable Heating Hub Installer (£250/year): Includes your business in our referral network and eligibility to receive homeowner referrals.
- Renewable Heating Hub Featured Installer (£450/year): Includes everything in the standard tier, plus enhanced visibility across our channels (website and social media).
How It Works
When homeowners contact us, we match them with recommended installers in their region. Referrals are distributed based on homeowner location and requirements.
To maintain transparency and quality:
- Even if you apply and pay, we will only begin referring homeowners to you once we’ve received at least five verified homeowner reviews of your installations. This will be a requirement going forward too.
- In addition, you’ll need two endorsements or recommendation letters from other heat pump professionals you’ve worked or collaborated with. These can be uploaded as screenshots or PDFs during your application.

Referral Season
Our busiest referral period runs from early spring through to late autumn, with a natural lull over winter when most homeowners are less likely to begin new projects that affect their heating
