I just spoke to Vaillant tech today and they said I should get the VR92x and the VRC700 app. By the end of the year I can "upgrade" to the myVaillant app.

The diagram in the manual says it goes between the VRC700 ethernet port and the router, which makes a lot more sense to me. The installer wants £390+VAT to do it and isn't sharing how they would do it. Please help! I really don't want to have to go to the cupboard every day to get my consumption data.

I have a VRC700/6 at present. Can I replace it with a VRC700f and access via the app directly? Or is the only option to daisy chain Sensonet and the gateway products?
