<p>The installer registers it on the RHI site to get the MCS certificate and registration number.  They should give that to you. You use that to register it on the RHI website with your name and bank details, etc. That's what happened with me anyway.</p>]]></content:encoded>

Does anyone know if he needs to do it (as the installation is in his name) and transfer it to us or whether we can do it as the new owners?</p>
