In simple steps:

- power up the Shelly device

- look on your phone for a WiFi network called "ShellyXXXXXXXX" (usually mentions the type of device)

- once connected, use the browser on your phone to go to http://192.168.33.1

- from that web-page go to settings, and connect to your WiFi (you can set up the details for up to two WiFi networks I think)

(where 'phone' is mentioned above, 'laptop' or 'PC' will do - anything with a WiFi card that can be used to connect to the Shelly)

btw, if you've changed the Shelly to disable its AP (which is wise once you're all set) and you can't find it when you scan for WiFi networks, then there's a reset procedure for the device (usually a small reset button on it somewhere) and that will do what it says on the tin.
